The Women in Leadership Cohort Program is a transformative, research-driven experience designed to empower and equip women with the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to lead effectively and create lasting legacies. This intensive program addresses the unique challenges women face in leadership, such as misogyny and gender biases, and provides strategies to overcome them. Through interactive workshops, expert-led sessions, mentoring, and peer-to-peer networking, participants will develop their leadership abilities, strategic vision, and resilience to make a significant impact in their organizations and communities.   • Communicate with Confidence: Elevate your communication skills, using your voice, communicate effectlvely and lead authentically.
  • Strategic Planning and Decision-Making: Master the art of strategic planning, tools to manage risk and make strategic decisions to lead your organization toward a successful future.
  • Mentoring, Sponsorship and Succession Planning: Develop the ability to invest in a leadership pipeline, become mentors, nurture and prepare the next generation of leaders for a lasting legacy.
  • Gender Dynamics and Bias: Develop the ability to recognize, address and navigate implicit biases and sytemic challenges in the workplace.
  • Build Influence and Drive Change: Learn how to build influence, drive change effectively and successfully create buy-in across various stakeholders.

How the Program Works:

The program is entirely virtual. Once an organization enrolls, its leaders can access online content at their convenience. They actively participate in live online group coaching sessions every Wednesday at 1pm EST. These sessions are recorded for participants to revisit at their own pace. During the program, participants partner with classmates for accountability and networking purposes. They benefit from coaching, tackle real workplace challenges, engage in experiential learning, and access numerous resources, including professional development templates, role-play activities, self-coaching questions, and more.
